Cost is obviously a huge issue, so we at Dynamic HR have developed a number of innovative schemes to help our Clients to minimize their budgets whilst not compromising the quality of their recruits.
Likewise, time is at a premium for everyone we deal with, hence we have created simple routines to make sure recruitment is quick and straightforward.
Client Fees:
We keep things simple. Rather than charging on a percentage basis, which makes budgeting up front difficult, we charge a flat fee which is agreed at the beginning of the project.
Our full terms and conditions are available on request; however we would like to point out that most, if not all of our clients, find our fees work out significantly lower than other typical recruitment agency fees, without any sacrifice to the quality of service. In most cases, unless we are retained to do a specific search or campaign, our fees are payable on a contingency basis and we also have a no quibble rebate policy to ensure 100% client satisfaction. |
